ReplyDeletehe he..:):)...this is a line from the book 'god of small things'.....the female....wld be a keralite syrian christian, married to a hindu bong against her parents wishes, divorced, back to her parents, falls in love with an untouchable secret communist working at her house...she says this to her daughter when she gets to visit her for one last time before she dies.....few lines from this book kind of haunt me kane...this one is one of them :)
